The students were captivated by the skills of both guest chefs modelling the crucial steps in making pastry, mayonnaise and pasta. The secret hints and tips amazed the students giving them secure confidence for their upcoming exams. Students asked lots of questions and were not shy to participate in the demonstrations. The kindness, generosity and helpful hints demonstrated by the chefs were greatly appreciated.
