Viva Espana en Barnhill

Friday 25th October saw the final day of the half term for Barnhill students, and sadly the final day for twenty exchange students from the Spanish city of Vigo.

Over the past two weeks the students attended lessons across the curriculum playing a full part in curriculum activities. It was quickly established that technology was a particular favourite of the group, all the more significant as this is apparently not a subject offered on the Spanish school curriculum.

Both our Spanish visitors and Barnhill students were a credit to their schools and the nations they represent. With many firm friendships established between Spanish and Barnhill students the odds are that it won’t be long before we meet again.

Adios amigos y amigas o, tal vez, 'hasta la vista'!
