Summer Concert 2024

Our goal with the summer concert was to make the performance opportunity as real as possible for our students. They had to apply to play, go through an audition process, arrange rehearsal dates on their own, and work towards being a professional musician working in the real world!

If they missed a deadline, they missed the opportunity. They took real ownership over this and some great performances have emerged from the process. I must also say that the professionalism shown by our young musicians has put some of the musicians I worked with in the music industry to shame!
